Delivery Guarantee – Terms and Conditions:
1. US Only: Two week Money-Back guarantee is only available for orders shipped to the US.
2. Shipping Time: The two week guarantee is measured from when your order is shipped until the first attempted delivery (not from the date the order is placed).
3. Follow Procedure: Customers must contact IVFPharmacy to check they qualify for the guarantee (if we have not contacted you already).
If eligible, IVFPharmacy will offer the option of re-shipping or refunding the order.
