Do I need a prescription?
Yes. We cannot begin processing any order without a prescription from your doctor or clinic.
You or your clinic can fax the prescription to us on 1-800-935-6568 or send a scan, photo or screenshot by email to [email protected].

Do not purchase medications from any website that does not require a prescription.
Can you accept prescriptions from outside the US?
Absolutely. We are an international pharmacy and our pharmacists can work with your prescription provided that:
– it is from a licensed physician
– it is clearly legible
– it includes precise quantities of the drugs required (i.e. 30 pills, not 3 boxes of…)
Can I order a quantity that differs from what is on my RX?
Ordering Less:
If you already have some of the meds or if you need to purchase some for immediate use locally, your order to IVFPharmacy should be for less than appears on your prescription.
A pharmacist may contact you to check that there has been no mistake when placing the order.
Ordering More:
If you have refills on your prescription, you can order up to 3 months’ worth of medications in advance
You can order more than has been prescribed when the packet / box sizes does not allow for the dispensing of the exact dose. For example, if you have been prescribed 5 Cetrotide injections, you may purchase a box of 7 injections.
Why doesn't IVFPharmacy supply all the medications on my RX?
If we don’t offer a drug, it is usually because of one of the following 4 reasons:
(1) Shipping Requirements: The medication requires special storage conditions that we cannot guarantee during international shipping (e.g. constant refrigeration)
(2) Not in Stock: Our system prevents customers from purchasing medications that are not in stock and that we know experiencing global shortages.
(3) Restricted Medications: As required by law, we do not sell psychotropic drugs online (e.g. Valium)
(4) Cheaper Locally: We will let you know when you are prescribed a drug or supplement that is available in the US at a better price (e.g. Clomid).
Can I return any of my medicines?
No, the law prevents pharmacies from taking back any medicines once they have left the pharmacy.
IVFPhamacy is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for drugs that have ben shipped.
Can I get a quote for the meds on my prescription?
With pleasure! Send us a copy of your prescription by fax or email and we will let you know which meds can be supplied and what the cost will be.
It may be quicker to use our easy-to-use Quick Quote Generator. From there you can send yourself a quote for later use or carry straight on to the checkout.

Shipping Information
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $35.00 per order, irrespective of order size. There is no mark up on shipping costs – this is the amount we pay our shipping provider.
Orders are fully trackable.
How long does delivery to the US take?
Once shipped, most orders are delivered to customers in the US in around a week and we guarantee delivery within 2 weeks of dispatch.
Remember: Don’t leave ordering your meds until the last moment. Our prices beat those in the US since we are located overseas. Delivery will take longer than an order within the US

Do you offer expedited shipping or next day delivery?
The international shipping of medications is complicated!
We have tested various expedited shippers over the years, but the results have been disappointing. Our experienced international shipping partner regularly delivers more quickly than the “fast” shippers and so we prefer this more reliable service.
Are there any additional or hidden charges?
No – none at all! You will pay for your medications and shipping (if applicable). There are no hidden charges and your order includes all US taxes.
Do these medications require special storage conditions?
IVFPharmacy will provide details of any special storage requirements with your order.
We ship all drugs in line with manufacturers’ guidelines.
We do not ship medications that require constant refrigeration.
Why don't my tracking details show up yet?
When USPS are responsible for the final leg of your order (delivery), it can take 3-7 day for the order to show up in their system. Once they scan the order, delivery is usually within 24-48 hours.
Do you ship Worldwide?
IVFPharmacy specialises in shipping brand fertility medications to US customers.
We try to accomodate customers in other countries, but we are not aware of each country’s customs regulations. Therefore, we are not responsible for any charges imposed upon you by your local customs authority or by other governmental bodies.

Fertility Medications
Are IVFPharmacy medications reliable?
We only sell top-quality brand fertility medications. All of these have been made under internationally established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Most importantly, all medications are approved by the FDA and are sold under license by pharmacies supervised by the local Ministry of Health.
We are the original IVFPharmacy. No other international pharmacy has our experience (20 years!), experise or record of adherence to industry standards.
Are the medications sold the same as those I would receive from my fertility clinic or local pharmacy?
We dispense the same drug as appears on your prescription. These are always top-quality branded medicines from leading pharmaceutical companies.
There are a few things that can be different from the version sold in the US:
Brand Name: Some drugs are sold under different brand names in different countries. For example, Follistim, manufactured by Ferring goes by the name of Puregon in Europe.
Language: The main language on the packaging may vary, but the insert will always contain drug information in English.
Quantity: A box of a medication in the US may contain 10 pills while in Germany it includes 15 and in Israel 28. For this reason, we always list the number of pills / vials / syringes being purchases and not the number of boxes.
Packaging: Occasionally the drugs in the US are packaged differently from other places in the world. For example: Menopur – In the US, Menopur ships with Q Caps which facilitate the mixing of the drug with the diluent. While Q Caps make the process easier, the rest of the world manages well enough with traditional glass vials!
Endometrin – This vaginal suppository comes with disposable applicators when sold in the US. Outside the US, it is sold with a reusable applicator.
Significant differences will normally be listed on the relevant drug page as you create your order.
Can I purchase needles, syringes and other accessories through IVFPharmacy?
We specialize in providing expensive fertility medications at the lowest possible cost. Needles, syringes, sharps containers and other accessories can complicate international shipping and are readily available and inexpensive in the US and so we recommend you purchase these locally.
The question everyone wants to ask... what's the catch? How can you offer such low prices?!

Drug prices aren’t regulated in the US and, in addition, fertility medications aren’t covered by most insurances so there is no pressure to lower prices. As a result the drug companies can charge whatever they like for their medications.
We compare drug prices around the world and find you the lowest IVF meds prices. Since some countries limit the cost of medicines, we can find prices 70-80% cheaper than the best price in the US.
Am I allowed to import these meds? Are there any limits on the medications I can order?
In the USA, you are entitled to order drugs from abroad provided the following criteria are met:
1) You have a valid prescription from your doctor
2) Medications purchased are for personal use and not for resale
3) The order is for a maximum of three months treatment

Can I use my HSA-FSA cards to pay for my purchase?
Medical insurance cards do not accept charges from international pharmacies.
We provide itemized receipts which many customers use to claim a reimbursement where permitted by their policy.

(1) US Only: Money Back guarantee is only available for orders shipped to the US.
