How to Submit your Prescription

A valid prescription is required for all medications – this is for your safety and security.
Never order from online pharmacies that offer to sell fertility medications without requiring a prescription. Not only is illegal, it is  potentially dangerous. A pharmacy that does not require a prescription is obviously unregulated and customers cannot be sure of the source, quality or authenticity of the medications supplied.
What information is required on your prescription?

In order for your prescription to be accepted it should contain all the information in the following list:

*If you can see the words “eRX” or “electronic prescription” on the document, there is no need for a physical signature.

Patient's Name and Date of Birth
Doctor's Name
Medication Dosage (incl. quantity required)
Prescription Date
Doctor's Signature (physical or electronic)*
Ways to Submit your Prescription
1. Email Submission

You or your clinic can send your prescription directly to us via email ([email protected]). You can submit:

 – A photo taken with your phone
 – A screenshot from your patient portal
 – A scanned copy
 – An electronic prescription (eRX)

2. Send by Fax

Both you and your clinic can send prescriptions via fax. Make sure all pages are clearly legible and include your contact information (including email if possible).

Finding Your Prescription

Most clinics these days offer patients accesss to a “patient portal” on their website. You should be able to find your prescription in the “Prescriptions” or “Medications” section. You can download or screenshot this for submission. Read more about your Right to Your Prescription here
