There is no overnight international delivery, and expedited shipping companies often struggle with clearing medicines at customs. Getting hold of your prescription early and placing your order in good time will help you avoid stress and disappointment.
2. Expect Delivery within 2 Weeks: Most orders (81% in 2024) arrive in about a week, but we guarantee delivery within 2 weeks of dispatch to allow for unexpected delays that can occur.
3. Track Your Order: You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. The tracking may not show updates until the package arrives in the U.S., but you can sign up for email and/or SMS alerts. Delivery is usually 1-2 days after the first U.S. scan.
4. Signature Required: We know how important (not to mention valuable) these medications are and so a signature is required with every delivery.
